Useful starting points, with the baseline visible.
Kitchen and wardrobe joinery starts at ₹1,350/sq ft for laminate-finish work with branded Indian hardware. TV units, partitions and similar joinery start at ₹1,000/sq ft.
Construction starts at ₹1,800/sq ft, subject to drawings, structure, services, access and site conditions.
For a 2 BHK interior, we first measure the room-by-room scope and issue a specification-led estimate rather than advertise an ungrounded package total.
GST is additional.
What those starting rates do and do not cover.
Joinery rates use measured cabinet or finished joinery area and a laminate baseline. PU, veneer, specialist surfaces, premium imported hardware, appliances, stone, loose furniture, civil changes and services are quoted separately where required.
Construction rates are an entry point only. Structural design, demolition, foundations, MEP scope, approvals, difficult access, premium finishes and abnormal site conditions can change the proposal.
